The Prague Sounds Festival will take place from 1 November to 18 November and will present a number of international artists and Czech.

The Prague Sounds Festival will take place from 1 November to 18 November and will present a number of Czech and international artists.

The 27th edition of the festival, formerly known as Strings of Autumn, will feature stars from the world of contemporary music, hip hop, jazz and electronic music. The festival will be opened in Prague by singer and pianist Benjamin Clementine. The following days of the festival will feature legendary jazz bassist Ron Carter, the leading string quartet JACK Quartet with a programme in honour of John Zorn, electronic music pioneer Alva Noto in a special audiovisual project with Ensemble Modern and Owen Pallett, a musical personality combining violin, guitar and keyboard with singing and masterful looping in an impressive solo show. The final part of the festival will be provided by electronic music performed by Nathan Fake, rapper Kofi Stone and the final ending of this year’s festival will be made by the local band Bert & Friends, who will play at the Rudolfinum.
